Food systems impact every aspect of our world. But too often, the debate around food focuses only on consumption – e.g. veganism vs. meat-eating – or production – e.g. organic, regenerative.
While all these lines of argument are important, this short video introduces a holistic way to think about production, distribution AND consumption, and build whole food systems that nourish people and nurture the planet: It's about structures, it's about scale – it's about global versus local.
