We Grow Farmers – Growing a Better World

At The Lab, we support fellow farmers from inspiration to execution, bridging vision with practicality. We understand the journey because we've walked it too. We meet you wherever you are in your, whether you're just starting or scaling your operations. Our integrated approach provides you with financial resources, land access, strategic market solutions, and a nurturing community. With these pillars, we ensure that every farmer has the tools and support needed to overcome challenges and turn bold ideas into successful, sustainable ventures.

It starts with the land

Access to land is foundational for successful farming. Through our 35 acres in Bennett, CO, and strategic partnerships, The Lab Lands offers the space needed to grow your operation. We foster a community of shared knowledge and practices, helping farmers support one another in their land stewardship journey.

Financial security
fuels Creativity

Access to capital fuels innovation and growth. At The Lab, we help you navigate grant and loan opportunities, explore tax credits, and secure the funding you need. By working collaboratively, we ensure farmers share experiences and insights, strengthening the collective financial resilience of the agricultural community.

Strong Communities build strong farms

Farming thrives with the right tools. The Lab offers access to shared equipment and infrastructure like irrigation, storage, and processing facilities. By collaborating on resource use, farmers can elevate their own operations while helping others grow, creating a cooperative farming ecosystem.

Great farmers Have
great Mentors

Great farms need great guidance. Our Coaching program pairs you with mentors who offer personalized support in business, legal, financial, and technical areas. It’s a two-way exchange—your knowledge strengthens the community, just as their insights help you grow. Together, we foster collective growth and resilience in agriculture.

“We have neglected the truth that a good farmer is a craftsman of the highest order, a kind of artist.”

why The Lab?

We Value: Experimentation, Innovation, & Play!

We call ourselves The Lab because curiosity is at the heart of everything we do. Just like a laboratory, we provide a space for experimentation, where bold ideas and creative solutions can come to life. Farmers are not just supported but encouraged to test, learn, and grow through innovation and discovery. We believe that through playful exploration and a willingness to challenge the status quo, farmers can reimagine what’s possible, creating sustainable and regenerative agricultural systems that benefit everyone.
